Every piece we make starts with your photo and your story. Here's what happens from the moment you place your order to the day it arrives at your door.
STEP ONE — Place Your Order
Choose the keepsake that feels right — a hand-felted replica, a granite memorial stone, a photo blanket, a portrait pillow, or a keepsake box. Complete your payment at checkout and your order is locked in. We'll be in touch within 24 hours to confirm the details.
STEP TWO — Share Your Pet's Photos & Story
Right after you order, fill in the short form on the product page and upload your pet's photos. The clearer the better — photos from different angles and moments help our makers capture who they truly were. Tell us their name, their birthday, and anything you want to say to them. We'll read every word.
STEP THREE — Our Makers Get to Work
Once your photos arrive, our makers study them — the way the light falls on their fur, the shape of their ears, that little spark in their eyes. Then they shape your keepsake entirely by hand, one at a time, from your pictures and your words. No molds, no assembly line.
STEP FOUR — Your Final Review
When your piece is finished, we'll send you photos for a final look. If anything doesn't feel right, tell us and we'll adjust it before it ships. Once you're happy and give the go-ahead, we add the finishing touches and get it ready to travel.
STEP FIVE — Delivered to You
Your keepsake is carefully packed and shipped with tracking, so you can watch it on its way. It comes with a handwritten aftercare card to help you keep it looking beautiful for years. Because this isn't just something you buy — it's a way of keeping them close.
