your keepsake gets from our makers to your door.

Processing & Production
Almost everything at GJNest Pet is made to order, so each piece takes
a little time to create with care:
• Personalized keepsakes (memorial stones, urns, blankets, pillows,
bags): about 5–10 business days to craft
• Needle-felted pet replicas: about 1–2 months (sculpted stitch by
stitch by hand)
• Non-custom items (paw print pads): ship within 1–3 business days

Shipping Times
• Standard shipping: 7–14 business days after your item is made
• Express shipping: available at checkout
So a typical custom keepsake arrives about 12–24 business days after
you order, and a needle-felted replica about 1.5–2.5 months.

Free shipping over $69 applies to US orders; for Canada and other destinations, shipping is calculated at checkout.

Duties & Taxes
Every GJNest Pet order ships internationally, and customs rules now
apply to low-value parcels regardless of order size. Any import duties,
taxes or carrier handling fees charged by your country are the
responsibility of the recipient, unless duties are shown as included or
prepaid at checkout. These amounts are set by your government and can't
be refunded by us — please check with your local customs office before
ordering.

We can deliver to PO Box, Alaska and Hawaii addresses within the 5 United States. AK/HI/APO orders may take a few extra business days.
